Good Scottish hopsitality involves eating and drinking well, and at Kincaid House Hotel we certainly aspire to feeding our guests properly, leaving them satisfied.

Contemporary menus, using locally sourced produce where possible, offer a range of freshly produced dishes from soup and sandwiches to quality fine dining prepared by our creative kitchen team headed by Chef Robbie Thomson.

We're able to offer a choice of superb dining areas to suit the mood of the occasion.

The Conservatory

Our airy Conservatory, surrounded by trees and overlooking a walled garden, has a gentle buzz for relaxing meals with groups of friends or for those seeking a quiet, informal table-for-two dining experience. The food and the service is everything you would expect from a top country house hotel.

The Stable Bar

Popular with many of our guests, and locals alike, is to have a meal in the relaxing Stable Bar with its low, beamed ceilings, roaring log fire and exceptional choice of award winning ales and premium lagers.

The Drawing Room

The Drawing Room has a subdued intimacy in calming surroundings to allow you to savour dinner in a memorably peaceful atmosphere. It has grand Georgian features including a John Adams marble fireplace and Rococco mirror. The Drawing Room is ideal for those private parties and can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Private Functions

A family get-together, an awards dinner dance, a select gathering for a christening, a private dinner for a community club, or a birthday celebration are events Kincaid House can make all the more charming and special.

The Lennox Room, the larger of our function rooms, is a self-contained space where guests can enjoy their privacy, while the Drawing Room's intimacy suits smaller parties.
